Step 1:

download the OCIO plugin for photoshop. http://fnordware.blogspot.com/2017/02/opencolorio-for-photoshop.html Step 2: Import the 32-bit ACEScg exr into photoshop Step 3: Filters > openColourIO > open openColourIO Step 4: Convert Input ACES - ACEScg Output - sRGB OK Step 5: Image > exposure > gamma correction > 0.644 Step 6: ctl + a > ctl + c > paste the image into a new 8-bit canvas. Step 7: Save out as 8-bit Jpeg
